  • Date of initial purchase
  • Reason for refund request

Refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days after an approved refund request is received.

Refund Restrictions

Magai is unable to offer refunds for purchases made more than 30 days after the initial purchase.

Magai also reserves the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion. If we believe our service has been abused or violated our Terms of Service, we may issue a partial or no refund.
