Shared workspaces
A workspace for each client, project or department
A workspace is a room with its own chats, agents, saved prompts, scheduled tasks and files, and its own list of people. When you invite someone to the team, you choose which workspaces they get.
- 1Its own people. Add anyone on the team as a member, an editor or an admin. Admins manage the members and the settings.
- 2Its own context. A description of the work and the knowledge files that go with it, there for every chat in the workspace.
- 3Private until shared. A chat or an agent in a workspace is its maker's until they share it. A shared room is not a shared diary.

Build an agent once. The whole team calls it by name.
An agent is a brief you write once: the voice, the rules, the skills, the reference files. It runs on any model. Sharing it is three settings on the agent.
- Visible across workspaces. One switch puts the agent in every workspace the team has.
- Share with team. Pick teammates by name. Viewers use it, editors can change it.
- Public access. A link that lets anyone use the agent, for a client or a contractor outside the team.
