Question: Do I have access to customer support after I purchase?
Magai’s customer support can be accessed either from inside the Magai app or from within a Magai chat.
From within the Magai app:
Click on the “Support” tab located on the left navigation bar. The support tab will open Magai’s support center to start a live chat with a support agent.
From within a Magai chat:
Click the “Help” button located at the top left of the chat window. In the menu that opens, select “Support.” This will also open Magai’s support center where you can get live help from a customer support agent.
Magai’s customer support is available to assist you with any issues you encounter within the app after making a purchase.
